New Chatbot Uses Machine Learning

Answer Bot leverages natural language processing (NLP) to understand a company’s most common queries and answers, and it uses machine learning (ML) to decide what to suggest based on that information.

This differs from traditional customer service chatbots offered by Google and Amazon, for example, which require businesses to program the chatbots’ answers themselves. This difference, coupled with the fact that Answer Bot enables businesses to accurately respond to customer queries faster than with live agents, will likely make Answer Bot an attractive option for companies. For example, Answer Bot cut overall customer response times by 44% during testing, and it resolved 29% of customers’ most common questions without any human help. Answer Bot will likely be seen favorably among clientele if businesses decide to deploy it, as 43% of consumers believe chatbots can result in a good customer experience.
